Lyten is an advanced materials company that developed Lyten 3D Graphene®, a patented set of carbon materials that have been designed into Lithium-Sulfur (Li-S) batteries, advanced composite systems, and chemical & passive sensors. Lyten Li-S batteries will deliver up to three times the energy density of conventional Lithium-ion batteries, enable improved charge rates, vehicle range, weight optimization, environmental sustainability, and vehicle safety for applications in electric vehicles, aerospace, aviation, off-highway, stationary storage, and defense. Founded in 2015, Lyten is a privately held company based in San Jose, California.

Products

Lyten lithium-sulfur batteries, such as the LytCell EV™ for electric vehicles. Battery formats will include cylindrical (18650, 27100), pouch, and prismatic.
