The Clean Technology Training Trust (CTTT) is a national nonprofit dedicated to building a future-ready workforce for the clean transportation and advanced manufacturing industries. We are committed to developing scalable, employer-driven talent pipelines that respond to rapidly evolving global demands while ensuring equitable access to high-quality, debt-free training.

CTTT works across sectors—industry, education, labor, and government—to design and deliver apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship models aligned with emerging occupations such as medium and heavy-duty zero-emission vehicle mechanics, industrial manufacturing technicians, battery recycling and reuse specialists, and semiconductor and robotics technicians. By integrating education partners, unions, and employers into a shared framework, we help organizations meet their workforce needs while creating sustainable career pathways that strengthen local communities.
